Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all Australian orders. Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) via trusted courier partners. Tracking details are provided once your order has been shipped.
Please ensure a residential or business delivery address is provided. PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers are not recommended and may result in order cancellation.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery speed. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Responsibility
Once orders leave our warehouse and are in transit with the carrier, TRAKta is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
