SHIPPING.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

To say THANK YOU for supporting a greener future, Trakta offers complimentary shipping for all domestic orders!

Order Dispatch

All orders are dispatched Monday through Friday via DHL, unless another courier is requested at checkout.

Please note: Couriers do not collect shipments on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Tracking
Tracking information is generated when your shipping label is created. Movement will appear once your parcel has been scanned by the courier.

Receiving your order

For secure delivery, all orders must be sent to a residential or business address and require a signature upon receipt.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Orders placed with these addresses may be cancelled.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable at the provided address and returned to our warehouse, re-shipping fees will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment once the parcel is received back at our warehouse.

Please note: TRAKta Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched and are in the care of the courier.

International Shipping

We offer flat-rate international shipping on all orders:

  • Standard: $30.00 AUD – Delivery in 10–15 business days
  • Priority: $45.00 AUD – Delivery in 6–10 business days
  • Express: $60.00 AUD – Delivery in 3–5 business days

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipment. Once your parcel is handed over to your local postal service, it will be marked as delivered in our system.

Customs & Duties
Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. You may need to collect your parcel from your local postal service and settle any applicable charges.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:Goods are shipped from Australia, therefore import duty, customs fees, local sales taxes and other levies may be charged to you by the destination countries customs/border authorities. 
These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay and will not be refunded by TRAKta.

TRAKta AUSTRALIA is not responsible for any costs or delays caused by customs/border authorities, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Payment of these levies may even be necessary to release your order for delivery to you. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.  

RETURNS.

Order Cancellation

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Return Policy

We hope you love your TRAKta purchase, but if something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original, new, and unused condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Swimwear must be unworn, with the original hygiene liner in place
  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, or any marks/scent

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted or refunded.

We recommend trying on over underwear and being mindful to avoid any product transfer.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once your return has been received and approved. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns past the 14-day window.

Faulty Returns

We’re committed to ensuring the quality of every TRAKta piece. If you believe your item is faulty, please follow the steps below:

  • Faulty merchandise is eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact hello@trakta.com.au within the 14-day period to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number).
  • Once your RA Number is issued, the item must be returned for quality assessment.
  • If the item is deemed faulty upon inspection, a full refund or online credit will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

How to Return

We want you to love your TRAKta pieces. If for any reason you need to return your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Request a Return Authorisation Number
Email us at hello@trakta.com.au to obtain your Return Authorisation (RA) Number.

2. Complete the Return Form
Once your RA Number is issued, a return form will be emailed to you. Please fill it out in full, following all instructions carefully.

3. Repackage Your Items
Ensure all items are in original condition, with tags attached and in the original poly bag. Include the completed Return Form in your parcel.

4. Send Your Return
Ship your return to the address below.

Please note: TRAKta is not responsible for lost return parcels and does not insure the contents of returned packages. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • You may also choose to receive a store credit to use toward a future purchase
  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, please let us know when requesting your Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
