SHIPPING.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

Your patience has paid off  - Complimentary shipping for all domestic orders! The wait was worth it and you deserve it!

Order Dispatch

All shipments are sent Monday through Friday via DHL unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Currently couriers do not pick up orders on Australian weekends or public holidays.

Tracking is generated at time of label creation. Movement is shown when parcels are scanned in by the courier.

Receiving your order

Deliveries must be addressed to a fixed home or business address and must be signed for.  
*Please do not use a PO Box or Parcel Locker address. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.

Unclaimed Orders

In the event that an order is unclaimed and sent back to the warehouse, shipping will be charged to the customer.

*Please note TRAKta Australia is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave the warehouse and are in the care of the courier.

International Shipping

Standard: $30.00 flat rate per order.

Priority (6-10 business days): $45.00

Express (3-5 business days): $60.00

Tracking information is usually available 24 hours after an International shipment is made.

ONCE YOUR SHIPMENT IS TURNED OVER TO THE POSTAL SERVICE IN YOUR COUNTRY IT IS MARKED AS DELIVERED IN THE SYSTEM. COLLECTING YOUR GOODS FROM YOUR LOCAL POST AND PAYING ANY DUTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

Customs

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:Goods are shipped from Australia, therefore import duty, customs fees, local sales taxes and other levies may be charged to you by the destination countries customs/border authorities. 
These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay and will not be refunded by TRAKta.

TRAKta AUSTRALIA is not responsible for any costs or delays caused by customs/border authorities, and cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Payment of these levies may even be necessary to release your order for delivery to you. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.  

RETURNS.

Order Cancellation

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Return Policy

You have up to 14 days from delivery to return your merchandise for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days will not be eligible for refund.

Use caution when trying on merchandise. Items returned damaged or not suitable for re-sale will not be refunded. 

Items must be in their original, new and unused condition along with the original tags and packaging.

Swimwear must be unworn and must have the original hygiene sticker.

Items returned that appear to have been worn, without tags or not suitable for re-sale will not be refunded. No exceptions. 

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Faulty Returns

Returns will be accepted on faulty merchandise within 14 days from delivery.

To request a refund or online credit for a faulty item, you must notify hello@trakta.com.au within 14 days from delivery to receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

Faulty items can then be returned to be quality assessed. Refunds for faulty merchandise will be processed once the item has been inspected and deemed faulty to accept the return.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

How to Return

To return your order, please follow the below steps;

1. Contact hello@trakta.com.auto obtain your Return Authorisation Number.

2. A return form will be emailed to you.

3. Fill out the return form in full. Please follow the directions accordingly and fill out the form in its entirety.

4. Repackage your item/s with the original tags and poly bag and enclose the Return Slip. 

5. Post the parcel back to TRAKta. Please get a proof of postage receipt at the post office.

TRAKta is not responsible for missing packages being returned and does not insure the contents of any returned package.

Processing Your Refund

1. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been received.

2. Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

3. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your return has been processed.

4. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement, as this will vary by the credit card issuing bank.
