Refund policy

We hope you love your TRAKta purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All tags and hygiene liners must remain intact

• Items must be returned in original packaging

For hygiene reasons, returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and images of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
